Put on by the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council and now in its 10th year, the 2010 Cirque de Pluie, (Circus of Rain) is a uniquely Alaskan take on Cirque du Soleil (Circus of the Sun). A fashion show of extravagant dresses and costumes made from the most ingenious materials, it pushes the envelope of many of the artistsÂ’ creative thinking and abilities.
