(EMAILWIRE.COM, August 06, 2009 ) Dallas, TX – Usually, when a band opens a show, there are a handful of people at the venue, the sound still isn’t dialed in yet, and the excitement doesn’t happen until the second or third band takes the stage. This Saturday however, at The Curtain Club in Dallas, Siva Addiction broke that mold, opening the evening’s show with force.
Siva Addiction, led by rock diva Bridgette Oliver, took the stage at 9PM, and by 9:05, every fan at the club had their eyes glued to the stage. By the third song, the floor was packed with screaming fans, most of whom had never heard heard Siva before. Only rarely does InfamousGuitar.com (www.infamousguitar.com ) review a live performance, and when it does, itÂ’s because something special happened. On Saturday, something special did happen, and IG will be issuing a complete performance review this coming weekend in its exclusive News and Reviews section, where only the best gear and most promising new bands make the page.
Speaking with the band, Siva took the opening spot at The Curtain Club as an opportunity to develop its following in Dallas. As far as IG is concerned, they should have been headlining. Stay tuned at InfamousGuitar.com for this review, and for an exclusive interview with the band.
