The New Year comes once every 365 days, but a New Bak’tun won’t start again in this lifetime. December 12-22, 2012 travelers can join the festivities and ring in the new bak’tun at Hamanasi Adventure and Dive Resort on the central coast of Belize.
From Hamanasi guests can go on guided trips to famous Mayan sites like the pyramids at Xunatunich, the city of Cahel Pech, and the ruins of Lubaantun and Nim Punit.
