Tom Cruise reprises his role as IMF agent Ethan Hunt with a cast of new characters played by actors Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton and Simon Pegg. The long awaited fourth Mission Impossible movie finally arrived after a long five year wait.
The Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol movie starts off with a mission of other IMF agents to break Ethan Hunt out of a Russian prison. After his successful escape, he is recruited to infiltrate the secret Moscow Kremlin archives. Unfortunately someone beats him to it, blows up part of the Kremlin makes him take the fall. After the IMF secretary is killed and the entire agency dismantled, his team must act on their own to stop the launch of a nuclear weapon all while trying to hide from the Russian authorities.
Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol is the first in the series to be partially shot with IMAX cameras, which make up approximately 30 minutes of the entire film. It has been a box office hit since its release and has made more money worldwide than any of the previous three installments. With more high flying action and intensity, this movie is a must have for anyoneÂ’s video collection. The official Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol release date is set for April 17, 2012.
