(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 30, 2012 ) London, UK -- Emmerdale actor Matthew Wolfenden is the firm bookmakers favourite to win Dancing On Ice 2012 after beating closest rival Jorgie Porter in a “duel” on Sunday night according to free bets website writer David Walker.
The show undertook a different format for its fourth episode whereby two contestants faced eachother, determined by their position on the leaderboard last week. The judges chose a winner from each pair who would have immunity while the loser needed the public vote to avoid the skate-off.

Tilton, just as predicted, faced the skate-off for the second week running after all three judges voted for Sugababe singer Heidi Range following their duel.
She received votes from two of the three judges to cling onto a place in the show for another week.
“It is no surprise Matthew is the bookmakers favourite to win the show”, said Walker, “he had the beating of Jorgie in the duel and the competition is now his to lose”.
“Chico is making a decent fight of it and is the strongest contestant behind Matthew and Jorgie but apart from him, the rest of the competition looks weak”.
“Sebastien Foucan has seen his odds drift, as has Jennifer Ellison. After those two, the rest appear to be making up the numbers – Chemmy Alcott, Sam Nixon, Heidi Range, Andy Whyment, Charlene Tilton and Rosemary Conley are all just skating to remain in the show as long as possible” added Walker.
