(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 21, 2011 ) Florida, USA - According to a recent survey done in London England last Fall, there are almost ninety percent of people that want to play a musical instrument, but can’t do so because they feel that they either can not afford to do so, or feel that they won’t be able to understand how to play it. Dr. Howard Stern from London University said that “A huge majority of people feel that they are incapable of learning an instrument. This is also supported by the fact that they also feel that its expensive to hire a music tutor’. He also added ,“The survey concluded that there was approximately ninety percent of people who felt this way about learning an instrument.”
Why is it that so many people feel that itÂ’s tough to learn an instrument? There are countless people all over North America that play so many different types of instruments. From the guitar, the drums and piano and even Jazz instruments such as the brass and trumpet. Even outside of North America, in the UK, Europe, South America, Central America and millions of people worldwide have taken up lots of different instruments.
“There was a time when hiring a music teacher was expensive. This was especially so if you had the music teacher come visit your house” added Dr. Howard. “It seems to me that many of these people that took the survey are completely unaware of all the resources that are available for a cheap option.” “This is especially true for finding educational resources which can be found online.” Added Dr. Stern.
There is no doubt that Dr. Stern is right in what he says. There are many resources online in which people can use that will help them become great at playing any instrument they wish. There is so much out there in which these people can take advantage of. Its simply a matter of searching to find out more.
