The company will have customer service reps available by email Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time, plus Saturdays 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The company has added the customer service hours on Saturdays due to growth in sales with the recent additions of three new products. The company was founded in 2015 and initially sold only a travel wallet, but since Christmas the company has expanded to also sell a money belt, leather passport holder, and the new leather wallet.
Charles Hynes of Travel Navigator spoke of the additional hours for customer service by saying, "We are committed to providing the best service possible for our customers, and adding Saturday hours is just the latest way for us to push the envelope and continue to improve what we are able to offer to customers. Over the past few months we've had quick growth with our new products, and selling more products means increased customer service. We're happy to be able to get back to customers on Saturdays with this change."
Currently the company's products are sold only at Amazon.com. Customers are able to contact Travel Navigator either through Amazon's platform, or directly at the company's corporate website. According to Hynes, either contact method will result in the same level of customer service and the same amount of time for a response. Currently the company reports an average response time of less than 2 business hours.
