The travel cushion is inflatable, so users can individually adjust how firm they want the cushion to be. When deflated, the pillow takes up little space so it fits in carry-on luggage and handbags. It comes with a black velour cover, that is equipped with a built-in pocket. The pocket can be used to store an iPod, cell phone, eye masks, money or other small odds and end. The cover is washable.

For now, the company only releases the neck pillow on Amazon in Germany. "We chose to sell on Amazon, because we want our customers to be informed and to be able to directly compare our product to other offers. Also, customers can give us feedback directly through Amazon, allowing us to stay in touch with them – and to stay on top of things: i.e. what our customers want us to improve. We are only happy when our customers are happy", says Jessica Reed, Globeproof Customer Service Manager.
The Globeproof Neck Pillow is now available on Amazon in Germany. Danja Port, Globeproof founder, stated that there may be a product launch promotion in the foreseeable future.
