The Baby Safety Products Company has indicated their product images, product sales copy, product description, product title and product bullet points have been illegally duplicated by other sellers for the purpose of reselling the product on their own eBay sites at a higher price.
This unethical form of retail arbitrage is a common occurrence in the E Commerce World, not just with eBay but with other online retailers as well. Sellers that utilize this "off site hijacking technique" usually target products that are in high demand, particularly during the Christmas Holiday Shopping Season. This baby back seat car mirror just happens to be one of those high demand products .

To date, two of four sellers have cooperated and removed the listing so there is progress being made and this situation will continue to be monitored".
From a consumer standpoint, it makes financial sense to just buy the product directly from Amazon.com. Why pay more money for the same product from an unethical seller when you can get it for less from the original manufacture with a warranty and have 2 day free shipping with Amazon Prime membership.
