New Audible Audiobook Downloader and Converter Announced by DRM Stomper

Audible audiobook converter

Convert audible audiobooks

(Entertainment-NewsWire.com, November 15, 2015 ) San Francisco, CA -- DRM Stomper has announced that the beta phase of their DRM remover for Audible audiobooks has been launched. In development for nearly one year, the team of developers are ready for public testing. Up to 100 daily users will be testing the Audible converter on various file formats including AAC, AAX, and modern Amazon Audiobook formats. The users will download and listen to at least one Audiobook per day, then they will be required to convert the audiobook to an open source file format such as MP3. Other users will be required to download and remove DRM from Spotify's OGG file format, and convert to WAV, MP3 or an open source audio codec.

The beta testers will report each action performed sequentially in the software's dashboard. This will help identify any anomalies in the software performance, and allow audiobook users the opportunity to communicate directly with the DRM developers.

Not limited to audiobooks from Audible the software can convert iTunes audio and video equally well. M4A files can be converted to MP3, and M4V videos can be converted to MP4. Google Play subscribers can remove DRM and convert their music of choice to any format that is compatible with their portable device.
Mobile users who are on the go will appreciate the opportunity to export their media to non DRM protected file formats compatible with devices such as tablets, iPad and iPod for both Android and IOS. This allows users of the iTunes library the ability to enjoy their media when not connected to the internet.

The new DRM Stomper was slated for release as a Spotify converter in the first quarter of 2015; however the developers begin adding further file formats for both audio and video. The original version was also only capable of converting via a single-threaded option; multi-threading has now been added allowing users simultaneous file conversion. At present the converter can import nearly 20 types of DRM protected media including AIFF and DRM protected Windows Media. The current versions functionality will be the same as the upcoming pubic release.

The DRM remover's current beta is focused on optimizing the current program characteristics and interacting with testers to ensure a quality experience. The beta is still open and those interested in participating can do so free at the DRM Stomper website. Testers are expected to participate for not less than 15 minutes per day and those who do so will receive a premium edition of the DRM removal software.
