The company began selling its travel wallet in July of 2015 and started by getting feedback from product testers and avid travels, the company's target audience. Based on the feedback they received the company has made two significant changes to the design of the travel wallet that they believe will make it more durable for users.
The wallet now comes with a thicker plastic ring that connects the bag to the neck strap, instead of a thin plastic ring that was used in the products initial run. The other change suggested by users involved reversing the Velcro that keeps the wallet closed. By putting the softer side of the Velcro on the main bag and the stiffer side on the flap the neck strap is less likely to get frayed by rubbing against the rough Velcro.
