(Entertainment-NewsWire.com, August 11, 2015 ) Miami, Florida -- On August 12, 2015 Precision Music will launch a new promotion to encourage youth participation and sharing of music and musical cultures.
In support of this thrust Precision Music is encouraging young persons from select Music Schools to create a you tube video of no more than two (2) minutes in length highlighting the musical culture of their country.
The campaign will run from International Youth Day on August 12, 2015 until October 01, 2015 International Music Day. International Music Day has been celebrated by countries around the world since 1975.
"Given the strong focus of Precision Music on supporting youth development through music it is no coincidence that this promotion is being launched on International Youth Day and that it would end on International Music Day, a day when the world celebrates music" Ann Carlo founder of Precision Music explained.
Precision Music is also preparing to launch its 2015 Youth Academy Music Programme which targets youth 10-17 years. Over one hundred (100) youth are registered to participate.
Miriam King, Administrator of the Academy explained "We teach the fundamentals of music and encourage music appreciation through our Youth Academy Programme."
