Co-Founder Jodie Hart says that things are moving along as planned. "Our vision was to start out with a range of exclusively designed Ukuleles, in a variety of fun and funky colors and designs, then once we had a foot in the door with those we knew it was time to go back to the drawing board for some new products to accompany them."
"It's challenging and definitely involves some late nights and early starts, but the dividends are paying off," Jodie says. And now they're looking to capitalize on the success of their Ukuleles with their new accessories line.
"We've got a Chromatic Tuner, Ukulele Capo and Ukulele Picks coming soon to our range," Jodie explains. "There was a natural move to these kinds of accessories as we felt these items complemented our Ukuleles."
As a result of their expansion, the company now says they're running out of room and need to make way for this new stock. "Being a small family-run business, we don't have a showroom or front office as such," Jodie says. "So we need to move things around a bit to accommodate the new stock arriving soon."
To help them move things along, the company are selling 2 of their exclusively designed Ukuleles at a 25% discount. "We have two very cool designs that are quite patriotic, and so to celebrate Independence Day on July 4 we are offering a 25% discount to customers who purchase either of these models," Jodie says.
The designs, American Eagle (a Wild West-inspired design) and American Avenger (a biker-themed design) will be available exclusively to customers from Wednesday 17 June to Monday 29 June 2015.
