According to Ms. Jones one of the biggest complaints with existing selfie sticks has been batteries and Bluetooth pairing issues. Many sticks interact with the phone via Bluetooth, which has been demonstrated to have frequent connection issues. Delays and failed connections can cause missed photo opportunities.
