This is especially true when there is a mastermind behind all the plots whose identity is not known until the end. It keeps the viewer guessing through the whole movie -- just who this genius might be. "Now You See Me" is just that kind of movie.
Along with the mystery man behind the scenes, the movie is loaded with plot twists and seemingly illogical events that only make sense later on in the movie. The questions and suspense build up through the entire film until the end, when everything is revealed. "The Sixth Sense" is famous for this type of plot twist and "Ocean's Eleven," "Twelve," and "Thirteen" are just as famous for their complex heist plans. This movie seems to be a combination of all these plots. The cast is also a combination of great actors including Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Isla Fisher, Mark Ruffalo and Jesse Eisenberg. Harrelson, Fisher, Franco and Eisenberg play the parts of four magicians in the movie called "The Four Horsemen." They perform in acts where they rob banks, and then give all the money they stole to the audience. Throughout the movie they are determinedly hunted down by an Interpol detective and an FBI agent that have teamed up for the case. The surprise magical ending to the movie alone, where all the facts are revealed, is enough to make "Now You See Me" a "must see."
