The 19-year-old American Idol Season 10 winner is set to capture the hearts of men and women alike in his own tour at Beacon Theatre in New York, New York, on November 23, 2012, 5:30 p.m.



The country singer will perform some of his successful songs during and after American Idol such as “The Trouble with Girls” and “I Love You This Big.” He’s also introducing the crowd to his Christmas tunes.



Other venues included in the Scotty McCreery tour are Town Toyota Center in Wenatchee, Washington; Rhodes on the Pawtuxet in Cranston, Rhode Island; and Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. He also performed in The Valarium in Knoxville, Tennessee, as well as Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California, and Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in Chula Vista, California, with Brad Paisley and the Band Perry.



Scotty McCreery is the official winner of American Idol during its tenth season. A native of North Carolina, he beat Lauren Alaina with his chart-stopping single “I Love You This Big.” It catapulted to no. 32 in the Hot Country Songs of Billboard, the highest place achieved by a single, selling more than 170,000 units in its first week alone.



He had performed in Grand Ole Opray on June 10, 2011, and graced the CMT Music Awards two days before. After “I Love You This Big,” he released “The Trouble with Girls,” his second single in New York during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. It was also heard in the American Country Awards, where he also on New Artist of the Year. His first national tour was in 2011 along with the other American Idol Contestants. He also front-acted for Brad Paisley.



His first studio album called Clear as Day, released in 2011, immediately went no. 1 in Billboard 200 after it was released, the first country album to achieve such feat. He eventually conquered other charts such as Top Country, Internet, and Digital. Aside from the tour, he is busy promoting his Christmas album called Christmas with Scotty McCreery, which was launched in October 2012, making him the first American Idol winner and country singer to release one, besting Kelly Pickler, Danny Gokey, and even Carrie Underwood.
