The stories in the series are simple, have great messages for young children and are beautifully illustrated. The two dogs are based on the family pets within Pam's household so alot of the stories have a strong element of actual personal experiences.
Each book in the series is designed to engage both boys and girls who are aged up to 8 years of age although many parents and grandparents are also avid readers.
The series covers the Adventures of two poodles, Sniffy Doo Da and Loopy Doo Da and the various adventures that they have once they become friends.
The aim of the books is to trigger in each child or adult a higher interest in reading through the use of engaging storylines and the delightful full colour cartoon style drawings and illustrations.
The books could also work well within the schooling system as they are ideal for one-to-one reading as the font is clear and easy to read. This probably stems from the authors previous career as a school teacher.
The light fun style of the books makes them suitable for reading to children to get them to engage in the expanded storylines. When speaking with "Pam" she mentioned that the idea behind this approach to the stories was to encourage a dialogue with the child.
The series promotes a great reading experience due in part to the vibrant colour images that are included.The book is a currently available on Kindle and van also be downloaded to a Kindle app on the mobile phone or computer.
