(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 01, 2012 ) Salt Lake City, UT -- The much anticipated Safe and Sound music video from Taylor Swift was released on February 13, 2012. The video depicted the Civil Wars in a dark and moody landscape. In the video, Taylor Swift is shown in the video walking through the woods wearing a 1920 vintage white gown with little makeup on. The videoÂ’s atmosphere is cloudy and she is singing amongst the bare trees. The video shows shots of the Civil Wars in a fire-lit cabin where Taylor Swift finds this place abandoned except for little furniture and a very special memento- the Mockingjay pin.
The video was shot in Nashville and Although Taylor looked like she wasn't affected by the weather, she says that it was hard to not shiver on camera. "It was so cold. It was freezing," she tells MTV, which premiered the video on Monday. "I was shaking the whole time and trying not to be shaking when the cameras were rolling."
