The final game picks up where Mass Effect 2 left off and will be influenced by decisions made from the first two games. Combat has been refined and improved, with more emphasis on third-person shooting, instant melee kills and better mobility around the battlefield. The Mass Effect 3 game is said to be the most difficult most difficult of the series with increased artificial intelligence to challenge players. There is also a multi-player co-op mode known as “Galaxy at War” where players will be able to play alongside up to three other people in missions that can impact the outcome of the single-player campaign.
Mass Effect 3 which is developed by BioWare will also have a CollectorÂ’s Edition that will have commemorative artwork, a limited comic, a fabric N7 patch, a full collection of in-game content including new weapons, bonus characters and missions, and the digital soundtrack to the game. Die-hard fans of the game will not want to the miss the opportunity to pick up the CollectorÂ’s Edition which will be released at the same time for PS3, XBox 360 and PC. The official Mass Effect 3 release date will be on March 6, 2012.
