Sales doubled in November of 2009 over the previous year and are predicted to continue growing. A 27% increase in sales is projected by Richard Curtin, an RV analyst. RV shipments are expected to total 203,500 units in 2010, a 27.6% increase from the projected 2009 total, according to RV industry analyst and director of consumer surveys at the University of Michigan Dr. Richard Curtin. Confidence in the RV industry is further emphasized by last yearÂ’s increase in new RV manufacturers. 15 new RV manufacturers started up operations last year.
