You donÂ’t have to be a bigwig in the NFL to get the same VIP treatment. Mormon Lake Lodge can put a western twist on any number of events including conferences, corporate retreats, special events, family reunions, weddings and wedding receptions.
The versatile conference facilities at Mormon Lake Lodge can accommodate from 10 to 400 people indoors - or any group size for an outdoor event. The lodge can also create unique team-building activities, such as canoe races or wagon rides. They can even produce the ultimate souvenir: an old-time western film complete with script and the costumes.
With nearly 300 acres of pristine forest as a backdrop, Mormon Lake Lodge can customize any event to fit the type of event and number of attendees. Available amenities include audio-visual equipment, decorations, music, fountains, chairs, picnic tables, canopies, canoes and more are available.

Evans Room in Mormon Lake Lodge
Located in the lodge, this room can accommodate up to 100 people comfortably. Located upstairs, this spacious facility features a satellite bar and an outdoor deck that can house another 25 people – weather permitting.
Safari Meeting Room
Dedicated to meetings, parties and luncheons, the Safari Room at Mormon Lake Lodge is a truly unique venue for private functions. The room is equipped with full audio-visual equipment including TV/VCR, projector & screen, media equipment and cordless microphone. The room accommodates groups up to 30 set in a hollow rectangle or groups up to 35, set theater style.
Kachina Room
This private stand-alone meeting room includes restrooms, a private office, A/V equipment and a break service bar. Perfect for groups up to 60 and can be set for theater, classroom and conference styles.
Town Hall
The perfect venue for any special occasion is the Old Western Town Hall. This historic building - originally built in the 1920's as a western dance hall - continues the toe-tapping into the 21st century. Equipped with a stage, bar, bathrooms and kitchen, the Town Hall is a delightful setting for an intimate private party or large group (up to 200 people).
