Entitled “MB Yoga, The Experience,” this retreat will provide a different vinyasa flow, alignment, meditation and pranayama lesson each day. Mitchel Bleier, who studied for many years in India, is the epitome of a modern yoga master. His “experience” instruction has been produced on a critically acclaimed DVD series. Organized by Adrienne Ward, founder of BigWorldSmallPlanet retreats, Bleier is an integral part of a popular summer retreat program.
The retreat will be conducted in the dedicated Yoga Pavilion, located on MorganÂ’s RockÂ’s pristine Ocotal Beach, surrounded by a unique 4500 acre protected primary dry forest environment that comprises the resort, providing the ideal setting for yoga and meditative retreat experiences.
The daily program will cover 6-days of yoga combined with cultural experiences with time for relaxing by the pool or beach. This program, which includes transfers from Managua, all meals, daily classes and taxes will also include a visit to the colonial city of Granada, local cultural and educational experiences plus an evening of Tapas with Sangria and instruction on the art of dancing Salsa and Merengue, costs $2795 (sgle), $2545 per person (dble).
MorganÂ’s Rock Hacienda & Ecolodge features fifteen hand-detailed private bungalows made of exotic tropical hardwoods with decks open to spectacular views of the ocean and forest and feature a king-size bed, a sofa bed, hammocks and an open-air shower.
