K&K can router cut high precision aluminum parts for a wide variety of boat designs with very short lead times (3 to 5 days) and also has the in-house capability of forming parts. This capability to form parts is not available with of K&K's competitors and makes K&K a one-stop shop. The K&K lasers complement the routers by providing the capability for cutting up to 1" mild steel and 0.5" stainless and aluminum.

The K & K Industries' lasers have been fine-tuned to efficiently and smoothly cut up to a thickness of 1.0" for mild steel, 0.5" for stainless steel, and 0.25" for aluminum resulting in minimum parts handling downstream of the cutting operations and the addition of the extra shift optimizes usage.
