His diner, "Ordelia's" named after his ex-wife, was awarded the highest, most prestigious award a roadside diner can get – Four Michelin Tires.
"I don't mean to brag, but I AM the best Cajun Chef this side of the Mississippi," Boasts Boudreaux, "My Cajun roadside diner is an anomaly in these parts. People wait in line for hours to get in."
These lines have been a traffic problem for many in and out of the busy Louisiana area especially during rush hour as this Diner is right smack dab in the middle of the highway. Looks like this award is divine providence for commuters and for the Chef himself. Not only will it speed up the traffic flow, but will certainly catapult the already famous Chef to new heights in notoriety.
Highway Superintendent, Joe Bobby had this to say, "Thank God. Now that he has the Four Michelin Tires Award, we can move it off the highway. Three Tires just wouldn't have been enough. It was backing up traffic for miles. It's been a real problem in these parts for some time now, but I do have to say, he sure does make the best damn food around."
