This pack, created and sold by Tanbi Music, was very well received. Customers have praised the bright colors of these picks and their different gauges, and the method in which each gauge has its distinctive color to make it easy to identify choose the right thickness needed for the current style of playing. The customers also praised the handy case in which these picks come: This case helps keeping the picks stored in one case, and is convenient to take on travels, as it closes well and is light and compact.
Now the same company is launching a very similar product, with the sole difference being that the new product has 10 more picks (60 in total instead of 50 for the regular box). The new 60 picks are all thin picks.
Says Debbie Barak of Tanbi Music: "Till a few months ago, we thought most people prefer the medium and heavy picks. Surveys showed that most Amazon sales are heavy to medium picks. And most of our guitarist friends also said they prefer a heavy picks."
No more. Several customers buying Tanbi Music's 50-picks box complained that the case does not include any thin picks. So Tanbi Music prepared a new box, this time with 60 picks ranging from thin heavy.
The thin picks (10 in number) are all in a striking new design, and of a new, separate color: Yellow. Their thickness is 0.6mm: In the thin picks range, but not too thin.
"People seem to love these cases", notes Debbie Barak. "Sales of the 50 assorted picks box are still greater that the 60 picks box, but there is a clear demand for these cases too. It seems many people prefer thin picks."
