The series was heavily influenced by a Homemade Tomato and Basil Sauce which Morelle introduces in the very first episode and which makes an appearance in two other recipes in the series, in the form of Lasagne Bolognese and Pizza Tomato Base. Other dishes include, the "Fun and Fabulous Chocolate Salami", the "Traditional and Tasty Spaghetti Carbonara", the "Sublime and Summery Lemon Chicken" and the "Healthy and Wholesome Asparagus and Mushroom Risotto".
